Membership Information

Memberships may be purchased at the Field House or the HPER Complex Office in

HPER East-214. 

DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE A MEMBERSHIP FORM to bring with you.   Please note the following documentation that must accompany the application when you bring it into the office:

Student: Current U ID
Student Extension: Class schedule/or grades from previous semester

AOCE/Housebill 60: Receipt of payment for current semester

Faculty/Staff: Current U ID

Significant Other: Owner must have current membership

proof of same permanent address of the two persons
Alumni: Proof that you attended the University of Utah (old ID, transcripts, grades, etc)
Research Park/Fort Douglas: Proof of current employment (letter, paycheck, badge) Workshop Pass: Letter from campus organization/or workshop badge

President's Club: Current club card

Prices do not include sales tax. All prices are subject to change.

Payment Information

  • Payroll deduction is now available for full-time faculty and staff.
  • Payment can also be made with a credit card, check or cash.
  • Lockers require a $10.00 Lock Deposit for HPER Lockers.

* Children under 8 are not allowed in the Field House. Children under 18 are not allowed in the weight rooms or on exercise equipment and must be accompanied by and participating with their parent or guardian. Children's memberships are available through age 21.
