Conversational English Classes Improve your English, meet new Friends, and have fun! Free Welcome class will meet Tuesday & Thursday from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Class runs from August 25 to September 3 Class Location: 232 S. University Street Cost: FREE to students who have been in the US less than 3 months. $20 for all others. Instructor: Becky Rosenthal & Keith Phinney Topics will focus on "survival" and will include: going to the grocery store, post office, bank, doctor and traveling. Beginning/Spousal class will meet Monday & Wednesday from 10:00 a.m.-noon Class runs from September 9 to November 23* Class Location: University Student Apartments-West Community Center Cost: Tuition $70**,^ + Books*** Instructor: Becky Rosenthal & Theresa White (So that mothers and other students may focus on class, children may not attend.) Intermediate class will meet Tuesday & Thursday from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Class runs from September 8 to November 19* Class Location: 232 S. University Street Cost: Tuition $90^ + Classroom Fee ($20) and books*** Instructor: Maribeth Wang 2 day/week Advanced class will meet Monday & Wednesday from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Class runs from September 9 to November 23* Class Location: 232 S. University Street Cost: Tuition $90^ + Classroom Fee ($20) and books*** Instructor: Hazel Rowe This class starts January 7th and meets at 232 S. University Street. 1 day/week Advanced class will meet Monday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Class runs from September 9 to November 18* Class Location: 232 S. University Street Cost: Tuition $45^ + Facility Fee $10 + Books*** Instructor: Julie Scott & Valerie Green *No classes will be held during Fall Break (October 12-16) **A discount is available for women who live in the University Village Apartments ^ Tuition listed above is form the whole term. If you join the class after it starts, tuition is $7/class or the whole tuition (whichever is less). *** Book Prices vary depending on what you need/already have.
