All participants in the Symposium must register to attend any Symposium functions.

REGISTRATION FEES

Standard Registration

$290

Student Registration (requires a signed letter from advisor)

$145

Registration after May 12 (including onsite)

Add $60

One Day Registration (does not include symposium dinner ticket) $150
Additional symposium dinner tickets $50

All registered participants will receive a Book of Abstracts. Lunch will be included for all registered participants.  All participants are invited to the Symposium Dinner that will  be held at a special site on the evening of Friday, June 29, 2007.  Standard and student registration fees include one Symposium Dinner ticket.  Guests will need a separate Symposium Dinner ticket to attend.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation of your registration becomes necessary, you may send/email written notice or call: (801) 587-2980, fax: (801) 587-1001, email: conferences@guesthouse.utah.edu. Cancellations made by May 27, 2007 will be accepted. A $50 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference or who cancel after May 27th are responsible for the entire registration fee. Substitutions, however, may be made at any time. When canceling, please be sure to ask for and retain your cancellation number.
