Pre-Event Media Exposure Platinum and Gold sponsor’s company name (or logo where applicable) will be mentioned in pre-show attendee marketing initiatives including prominent placement on print ads, direct mail and electronic communications. All e-mail communication for the symposium will include corporate logos. Event Web Site Advertising Sponsor’s company logo and description will appear on the FFF 2007 web site. Platinum and Gold sponsor’s will appear on every page. Silver sponsors will appear on the sponsor page. A significant proportion of the world’s FFF professionals will visit the site prior to and during the event, thus providing tremendous exposure to the sponsor’s brand and traffic to sponsor’s web site via the hyperlink
On-Site
On-site Marketing & Promotional Exposure Platinum sponsor’s company logo will be printed on the event’s welcome banner. Gold and Silver sponsors will have logo on all symposium room LCD screens before and after sessions. Post Show Mail List Access to Attendee postal list. All sponsors will have the ability to mail a post-show direct mail piece to attendee list. Media Exposure Sponsor’s company logo and description will appear on the FFF 2007 web site for an additional 6 months. |
