Who Sees the Audit Reports?
Draft audit reports are provided to select administrative personnel in your department who are asked to provide feedback about the report and who will prepare your department's response to the report recommendations.
In addition to your Dean, Department Chair or director, final audit reports, including your department's response, are automatically distributed to:
Michael K. Young, President of the University
Members of The Board of Trustees audit committee
John K. Morris, General Counsel
Arnold B. Combe, Vice President of Administrative Services
Jeffrey J. West, Associate Vice President for Financial and Accounting Services
The Vice President over your department, and
Any others as deemed appropriate by the Audit Department or your department's administration.
A list of who receives an initial copy is included in the report.
