So what's the International Student Council all about?

The International Student Council (ISC) is a student group here especially for you! Our goal is to organize fun events that will help you meet people and will enhance your social life during your stay in Salt Lake City.

Salt Lake City has many activities and events that occur in the summertime, so join the ISC for trips to the Farmer's Market, the Summer Outdoor Concert Series at the Gallivan Plaza, the Sundance Twilight Film Series (also at the Gallivan Plaza), and the Utah State Fair (and Rodeo!) among many others. As the weather cools down, many people need to buy warmer clothes, so don't miss the ISC bi-yearly shopping trip to the famous Park City Outlet Malls, where you can get great deals on good quality stuff. Once the cold weather truly comes around, enjoy the greatest snow on earth with ISC on our ice-skating, snow-shoeing, skiing and snowboarding trips. Also, make sure you get linked with an American family and participate in our traditional American holiday celebrations that expose you to real American culture.

In the spring, it is an ISC tradition to showcase the cultural wealth that we have as international students by organizing the International Night, a huge fiesta that attracts over 5000 people! You don't want to miss this! And apart from all these fun organized events, we have regular social outings to parties, movies, restaurants and clubs that will keep your social calendar full! Also, to expose you to the natural beauty that Utah is so famous for, join us for our hikes and outdoors trips scattered all through the year.

There's never a dull moment with the ISC! JOIN US!
