If you have downloaded the new GOOGLE TOOLBAR,
the Retirement/Transfer Form will not launch. To work around this problem
you may do one of the following:
- Hold
down the CTL button while you click on the link;
- Right
click on the link and open in a new window;
- Un-install
the toolbar
We are currently working to resolve this issue.
For the retirement transfer form to work properly, internet explorer
5.5 or netscape 6.2 should be used.
FOR MACINTOSH COMPUTER USERS:

If the Retirement/Transfer Number is not being displayed on the PDF Form,

If you are now using Adobe
Reader 6.0, and you print the RT form and it does
not have any text, please go back and re-print it with the following
change:
Go to "Print", on the bottom of the box, there is an
"Advanced" button, press it.
There will be a check box with the name "Print as image". You will
need to check
that box. Try to print it again, and it should
work.
