Application

Acceptance to the USURP program is highly competitive and applicants must complete the application process by March 3, 2008 to be considered for the upcoming summer's program.  All application materials must be submitted together in one envelope.

Instructions:

1. Complete the attached application form. It is an interactive PDF form that can be opened and filled out using Acrobat Reader.

2. Solicit at least 2 letters of recommendation from persons familiar with your research potential. Please use the attached form. The applicant should complete the top portion of the form first. Have the endorser return the letters to you in sealed envelopes for you to include with the application.

3. Obtain an official, sealed transcript from each College or University you have attended.

4. Mail the completed application form, 2 letters of recommendation in sealed envelopes, and official transcript(s) together in one envelope by the March 3, 2008 deadline to:
