E-Commerce

According to University policy, you are required to register with the University Webmaster if you are implementing e-commerce for your department. Part of this process is to complete an E-Commerce License Application.

The application needs to be approved by the following:

  • Cognizant Authority for your department

  • University Webmaster

  • Office of Information Technology

  • Internal Audit

  • ISO

In addition, if you are using the University Credit Card Module:

  • Administrative Computing Services (ACS)

  • Income Accounting

The application is on-line and is automatically submitted to the approvers for review. The application is required by the University, but you should still check with your department for any policies and procedures they may have for an e-commerce implementation.
